In order to achieve this objective, everyone in OL Consulting understands this responsibility and that our conduct is guided at all times by an ethical and upright spirit.

Generating trust implies not only delivering what was promised, but delivering it in an upright, honest, and legal way. 


Our leaders have an additional responsibility because, besides being models of an upright conduct, they assist to dissuade any potential act that could risk the integrity of the company or the persons, acting whenever they are required to, and escalate any report provided by their people.


Ethics Committee guarantees these ethical principles are accomplished by all the community of OL Consulting.

Our corporate decisions are based on the best interests and not on personal interests or relationships. We avoid all situations in which our own personal interest is, or simply might seem to be, in conflict with the interests of the company or our clients. 


· OL Consulting does not accept or offer any kind of gifts, benefits, refunds, rewards or recreations that may, try or seem to have an influence in any decision.

· It is strictly prohibited to request or accept, offer or give any kind of bribery or any other illegal benefit.

· We keep professional relationships with our customers. 

· OL Consulting avoids any possible conflict of interests.

· We behave respectfully.

· We do not not tolerate discriminatory conducts, abuse of authority or harassment of any kind.

Reliable information


We make sure that our records are up to date and that they contain reliable and true information, complying with the legal requirements and reflecting always the truth. 


Data protection


Unauthorized access, use or disclosure can also constitute a violation of the law.


In order to guarantee the protection of information, OL Consulting does not allow access, duplication, directly or indirectly the use of information of private domain beyond what is necessary to carry out our functions and responsibilities.


All OL Consulting employees, contractors and/or vendors are committed to reporting to the appropriate manager any unauthorized access, disclosure or breach of information. OL Consulting is committed to avoiding reprisal and/or intimidation regarding this matter.
